Literacy for 21st Century? • Moving images, not print, dominate • EU countries now developing MIE • Working with MI ‘texts’ supports traditional literacy
Moving Image Texts • Film, Video, DVD, QT, MP4 etc • Pupils & Teachers should seek to:- • Explore • Analyse • Create • Context = Cross-curricular via ICT
