  7. RED DE COOPERACIÓN SUR-SUR Estructura conformada por OLADE como administrador, los Ministerios de Energía y demás entidades vinculadas al sector energético que demandan y ofrecen asistencia técnica. MECANISMO DE APLICACIÓN

  8. PORTAL DE COOPERACIÓN SUR-SUR • Consiste en una aplicación web que se visualiza y accesa a través de internet mediante el cual el mecanismo de CSS está disponible en forma continua y permanente. Con funciones básicas automatizadas para: • Registro de solicitudes y ofertas • Clasificación y organización de información • Administración de preguntas frecuentes • Foros • Carga de documentos • Notificación al administrador sobre eventos • Divulgación permanente de resultados MECANISMO DE APLICACIÓN
