  3. VOS Ships (E-SURFMAR BATOS) • BATOS AWS (« integrated ») • 12 stations purchased in 2005-2007 • One used station to be purchased to DMI in 2011 (second hand) • 10 stations installed. Most recent installations: • Celtic Voyager (co-operation with Met Eireann and the Marine Research Institute) • Two Danish E-ASAP ships (Royal Arctic Line). Their BaRos should be dismounted. • Research Vessel Urania (co-operation with CNR, Italy; five-second transmission !!) • Seeking candidates for the last three stations. Could be: • A fifth Danish container ship ? • A second Italian Research Vessel ? Highly probable. • Reykjafoss container ship (between Iceland and North America) ?

VOS Ships (E-SURFMAR BAROS) • BAROS AWS (« autonomous ») • 23 stations built • 23 installations but some should have been dismounted (end of operation, ship sold…) • By now: 14 stations in operation, including: • 6 installed on E-ASAP containers • One on a French container ship plying betwwen Europe and West Indies • 7 on ships plying in the Mediterranean Sea, including: • One by HNMS (E-SURFMAR member, Greece) • One by DHZ (E-SURFMAR member, Croatia) • One by UCY (E-SURFMAR member, Cyprus) • One by Meteo-France (Coordinating member fo E-SURFMAR) • Two by ENEA (MOON member, Italy) • One by MOA (MOON member, Cyprus) • Seeking candidates for the last nine stations. Could be: • Ferries plying between Iberian Peninsula and Canary Is. • Italian ships (by ENEA) • Other ships found by those who already installed such systems
