  2. REQUISITOS DEL CLIENTE La UNEVE se compromete a: • 1.- Registro de título (100% de los títulos expedidos). • 2.- Impartir el 80% de horas clase programadas por cada materia. • 3.- Cumplir el 90% del contenido temático de cada asignatura. • 4.- Tutorías académicas grupales (1 tutor por grupo).

Política de calidad • “En la Universidad Estatal del Valle de Ecatepec nos comprometemos a impartir educación superior pública, para formar profesionistas que responda a las necesidades sociales, de salud y empresariales mediante programas de estudio innovadores con reconocimiento oficial y el cumplimiento de los requisitos del cliente por medio de procesos de mejora continua en el marco de un Sistema de Gestión de Calidad”.
