PROJECT OVERVIEW • DOR is seeking a qualified vendor to outsource the printing and mailing of motor vehicle titles. • Currently, DOR prints and mails approximately 910,000 new and duplicate titles every year. • DOR will be redesigning the title certificates and adding a Junk prototype. RFP No. 3970
PROJECT OVERVIEW • The awarded Vendor would be responsible for printing addresses and barcodes and be responsible for the delivery of the documents for mailing. • Vendor will provide paper stock, vehicle title, and envelopes. • Vendor will also provide paper stock to DOR for issuance of Fast Track Replacements at the customer service window.
