  2. CHSS e-learning strategy – June 2007. E-Learning – supported and encouraged at all levels in the University, primarily to enhance the quality of the overall student learning experience – should be part of core business in all parts of the College. Our students should be competent in the use of a range of e-learning facilities, and the electronic learning environment should meet their needs and expectations. Our academic staff should be able to employ e-learning techniques to enhance the quality and efficiency of their teaching practice.
