  3. overall numbers first (pilot) entry to the programme in September 2004, fully launched 2006 over 300 people have gone through the foundational course An introduction to digital environments for learning

  4. “on programme” • over half of these could presently be said to be “on” the programme • most are part-time • progressing at a rate of one course per semester • some slower; some faster • “steady state” • recruiting ~ 50 per year in two intakes • expecting completion in 3 to 4 years • retention rate is over 90%
