Creating the Upload File through the CAASPP ISAAP Tool You have completed multiple CAASPP ISAAP Tools and want to create a single upload file for TOMS. To create the upload file, ensure that you first: • Save all CAASPP ISAAP files as .xlsm files • Include “isaap” in the filename of all CAASPP ISAAP files • Save all CAASPP ISAAP files within the same directory
Creating the Upload File through the ISAAP Tool • Open any one of your CAASPP ISAAP files saved in your specified directory.
Creating the Upload File through the ISAAP Tool • Open the worksheet in the [Report] tab. • Select the [Click this button to produce a Smarter Balanced accommodations upload file for TOMS] button.
Creating the Upload File through the ISAAP Tool • Select [Yes] at the prompt. This will open a new [Book#] Excel file, which is the online student test settings file that can be uploaded to TOMS.
