And Barbara, you’ve got such hungry people watching our DVD at home and in the studio audience right now. I just commission you to be all that God’s called you to be. Please — BARBARA: Amen, Lord. We just thank You that You’re here. By the power of Your Holy Spirit. And there’s no power that’s greater than Your power. In the chair above every name that can be named, that there’s no name that’s greater than Your name. That every name in heaven above and in earth below must bow at the name of Jesus. And we just thank You that even right now every name is bowing at the name of Jesus. That whether it’s a name of finances, whether it’s a name of sickness and disease, whether it’s a name of a legal issue, whether it’s a name of a person standing in the way, that we declare right now that that name is moving out of the way and that the name of Jesus is being released in a brand new way. That we thank you, Lord, that You are here today in a breakthrough anointing. That that which has been holding them captive in a narrow place is going to break loose, even right now, in the power of Your name that is above every name. The name of doubts, the name of fears, the name of anything, Lord, the name of poverty, that every name, the name of mental illness, mental illness has no power above the name of Jesus. The mental illness is leaving. That we just thank You, Lord, today that You are high and lifted up above everything in heaven above and in earth below and we give You all the glory and praise as we just gather around Your supernatural presence in Jesus’ name, amen. Just take a seat if you can. It’s just an honor to be here. And I wanna just talk to you today about the fact that you and I might look normal, but we’re not normal at all. That — once you and I have been baptized in the Holy Spirit, when we come into a relationship with Jesus and we’re baptized in the Holy Spirit, that we have a supernatural God on the inside of us. What the enemy tries to do when we get into human circumstances, get captured, that we just believe, we begin to think we’re normal, we’re human and we forget that we are totally supernatural, not because of us but because of who sits on the inside of us. (Barbara gives a word of knowledge: In fact you, right here, you’re getting ready to breakthrough into an entirely different dimension. You’ve been crying out to God, you’ve even been fasting and praying and you’ve been saying, God I want this new anointing, you’ve been asking God for a prophetic anointing. And even today — the confinement is coming off of you. It’s breaking out of the way. And there was even somebody standing in your way, I don’t know who it was, that said you can’t do this. And it was wanting you to come into agreement and you said, No, I can’t. But yet it put a damper on you, it pulled you down, and I break that in the power of Jesus name, and I say that you are coming now into a whole new dimension and when you leave here today you will not be the same as the 1/7

2. person who walked in here.) You see, you see in the New Testament the Lord told the disciples to wait in the Upper Room until the promise of the Father would come upon them and anoint them with fresh power from on high. So that they could be what? Witnesses to Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria and the uttermost parts of the earth. The part that I found that people are most resistant to is to be witnesses. They don’t want to share the gospel and there is an aversion in the church today to share the gospel. And when you look at the pattern in Acts, in Acts chapter one and chapter two what happened? — there were all these thousands of people that followed Jesus, but when it came down to it, how many people were there that really believed Him? How many people were there that held on that believed that what He said, who He said He was and what He said was gonna happen how many were there that believed Him? Only a remnant. 120. A remnant is like a piece of cloth left over. There’s a mantle left over that literally is going to be passed out to the 120. In other words, how do we translate that today? There’s more than 120. It’s the desperate. It’s the hungry. It’s the starved! It’s that group of people who aren’t satisfied with going to church, in fact people are leaving churches by the droves because they’re bored to death with entertainment and a good time. They want to do the works of Jesus, they want to be who Jesus was. You and I are to be, and please understand, we’re to be as Jesus, so we’re to be like God. God is in us, so there’s a way that we are little gods on the earth today. And when the 120 were overtaken by the power of the Holy Spirit — I love this, I don’t know, it’s maybe two or three years ago God just showed me this — and I said “Holy moly, I’ve been missing it all this time!” What did they do when the Holy Spirit fell on them in Acts? They ran out of the Upper Room out into the city. And when they ran out into the city, what was it — 2 or 3 thousand people got saved in one day. And it was so supernatural they spoke in the tongues of the people that were there. Can you imagine — I just came back from Indonesia ministering, but I didn’t minister in the church. I went to one of the largest corporations in Indonesia and ministered, it’s owned by a Christian, ministered to the corporation. They flew in all their managers. I prophesied to over a 100 people, it took me over 4 hours to do it. But I did it because the owner wants a supernatural business. What did she do when she got baptized in the Holy Spirit? She ran out of where she was, out into the marketplace, started a supernatural business and is now multiplying that. She just got a brand new contract which will double it. She’s getting ready to quadruple the business — I love it, I’m gonna go there any time she asks me. She put me up in the best hotel in Jakarta — she’s got money — AUDIENCE: (LAUGHTER) BARBARA: You know — I’m kidding (laughs). But the point I’m making is what did the church do? The church was birthed on the day of Pentecost? What did the church do? They ran out of the building and into the city. And I believe that we need to create churches where people are equipped and empowered to then leave the church and go out to where their assignment is. We’ve been struggling to get into the church and find a pulpit when God is looking to get us out of that dingbat place and out to where the people are and literally see them transformed. You’ve got power, lift up your hands, you’ve got power in your hands because the Lord didn’t say I give “the some” the power 2/7

3. to heal the sick — some have more healing come through ‘em than others. (Barbara gives a word of knowledge: This gal right here the power of God’s all over you, and in that dress right there God’s getting ready, He’s gonna use you in a whole new way, you’re gonna shake your way through to freedom.. And because there’s such a hunger inside of you, you said “God use me,” you’re gonna go into other nations, you’re not gonna worry about who sees you and who don’t see you, you’re going to be like God’s stealth bomber, you’re gonna be a terrorist in the devil’s kingdom, you’re gonna go places nobody else would go, you don’t care if anybody knows you’re there or not but you’re gonna do things in secret and it’s literally gonna change places where you go.) And you see that’s what really, that’s what we’ve gotta get back to. We have created big institutions and made them holding pens for believers, when really the pattern of the New Testament Church was they didn’t get everybody to go back in the Upper Room, put a steeple on it, and then because there were 2000 people crowding into what fit a 120 they built a bigger Upper Room. You know if you’ve ever been in the Upper Room in Jerusalem, it’s not that big. We have been trying to get everybody in the church when we need to get everybody out of the church to where the people are! And — when you minister supernaturally it’s gonna get people’s attention. I say, because I’m a pastor and a leader, I don’t get out — I used to work at the university, I taught at the university, so I was with unbelievers all the time and I saw multiple come to the Lord. Things happen in that position. But now I’m in the church a lot. So I say I have a restaurant ministry. See wherever you go that’s not in the church you need to make that your place of ministry. So every time I walk into a restaurant I say you know, God give me a word of knowledge for the person waiting on me. Give me a word of knowledge for whoever’s around me. I’ve given so many words of knowledge in restaurants. I’ve had waitresses just leave, they’ve had to go to the restroom in tears to get it back together because I’ve got to the issue of the heart. When you touch somebody’s heart, when you begin to care enough about people to say “God I want to say something to them, tell me where is it that they can be touched, that they know it’s You touching.” And when you touch their heart they say “How did you know that?” “How did you know that that was there?” It’s like the woman at the well. How did you know? Jesus didn’t know everything, He knew one thing. But I believe that you and I are to move into a supernatural anointing. (Barbara gives a word of knowledge: You’re so hungry you can hardly stand it. And you’ve been captured in a box — and there’s even been, there’s been a structure around you, there’s a particular person that has been there, that’s been holding you back. And the Lord said: I am going to break you through that, and you’re right at the verge of breakthrough, and it’s gotten almost impossible to the point where you’ve given up almost all hope, I mean you maybe got a thread left but not much left. But the Lord said: That’s because you’re at the point of breakthrough. Now you stand up and you begin worshipping because God said: I’m going to supernaturally deliver you out of that situation that you’re in, I’m going to break it, and the Lord said: there’s a move you’re going to have to make that’s going to be very difficult for you because there’s a person that keeps pulling you back into the old, and you’re letting them emotionally manipulate you, but I break that power in your emotions to be manipulated by that because you are called to be supernatural. There’s gonna be a revival in your family, there’s going to be a revival in your household because you’re 3/7

4. going to be transformed, and as you’re transformed you not gonna be able to keep your mouth shut — you’re just gonna become contagious.) And see that’s what’s gonna happen. That when God begins to move upon us and move through us we become contagious. People want to be with us. I just got back from a cruise, and went with a good friend of mine, everybody wanted to be with us. It was like we’d go somewhere and all the waiters would gather around us, we’d go out to the pool and they’d all gather around us, they’d say “oh, we’ve been looking for you.” Why were they looking for us? It was they sensed a presence that drew them. You and I, when God said “let there be light” you are filled with the glory of God. You’ve got to understand that. When you walk into a room, glory walks into a room. When glory walks into a room, anything can happen. You can even get really happy! (Barbara has a word of knowledge: And I just say: God, give her more, more, more, more, more.) Because there is an anointing of joy that is contagious. That there is a new joy [like what] broke out in Toronto that’s gonna break out again. And you can just keep talking and, you know, it’s just gonna happen — What is that? That’s the joy of the Lord. I believe anywhere God is moving joy is gonna break out. Where revival is happening joy is a natural counterpart. You know that because in the New Testament remember when they had imprisoned Peter — it was at the point where the disciples, the followers of Jesus — there weren’t many, some have already been killed — they weren’t upset. We get upset if we stub our toe. You know we get upset if we can’t pay the bill one month. All the apostles were being killed but they were still radically in prayer, they were radically moving forward, the gospel was advancing. They didn’t let every little “whipsnit” of some stupid problem hold them down and keep them back. And I say whatever problem you have it wasn’t as bad as the disciples back them. Have all your pastors and friends been killed? And you know you’re just left, and Nero’s burning a lot of people, tarring them and burning them. NO —we’re upset if we lose our white house with the picket fence —when just think you’re free of all the confinements of having to pay a monthly mortgage. You’ve just gotten out of everything. Now you can go anywhere, just find some ship and work for it and go to outer Slobodia and preach the gospel. But we look at what we are losing rather than what we are gaining. And I believe that there is a change in perspective, that the New Testament church had a perspective. They didn’t have wealth. The United States is filled with wealth. We’re not happy unless we have wealth. I don’t believe God wants us poor, but neither is wealth the answer. God is the answer. And we can get trapped by wealth. And I’m not against wealth at all, in fact I just believe we’re on the verge of coming into wealth, the Lord said I’m getting ready to bless you beyond what you can think or imagine. He said that to me and he said something to me that made me a nervous wreck, except that I knew that it was God. He said “I want you to give away your car.” AUDIENCE: (LAUGHTER) BARBARA: The last time I came into increase He [God] had me give away an expensive diamond ring. So this car is a Lexus. He said “Give it away.” He told me who to give it away to. And I told him [the man], I told him already so now I’m committed. But I haven’t had time to get a new car yet. But listen to me. You have to let go, until you let go you can’t get, because you’re hanging on to what you have. And I declare today that there is 4/7

5. an anointing to let go of what is making you feel safe, because until you get out and start walking on the water, you’re not going to experience the supernatural. You’ve got to get out of what you think you’re able to do. I don’t have money for a new car. If anybody here wants to donate, feel free — AUDIENCE: (LAUGHTER) BARBARA: I’m messing with you — but I believe God. I don’t know what this is about. I just know, I know God well enough to know that when I let go He shows up. And so the New Testament Church was a church that didn’t hold on to anything. And it was totally supernatural. —I’ve been saying “God anytime you wanna transport me, go ahead.” I’d speak to some Ethiopian anyway. Philip literally opened up Africa by preaching to the Ethiopian eunuch and what happened was that he was supernaturally transported. I believe those are the days that we are entering and you need to begin to believe God for that. You need to get out of your American culture western mindset and begin to get into the supernatural. —And the person who lives inside of you is not one bit limited. If He made the worlds can’t He make a way before you? And you’ve got to let go of people. I remember when the Lord said to me, He said: “I want you to quit focusing on your family.” He didn’t tell me to leave ‘em. He said; “leave your family to Me and just do My work and just trust Me with ‘em.” Some of you are holding onto your children. You know you’re afraid to do something because you’re still holding onto your children. Let ‘em go! Let ‘em go so you can get in to God’s best for you. And there’s an emotional — see when you get ready to break through there’s things that will keep trying to pull you back to keep you neutralized and to keep you powerless and impotent. And that’s one of the words that “threshold” means. It means to snatch, to pull back, habits, mindsets. Well we’ve never done [it] this way before, well so what we’ve never done it before this way. (Barbara gives a word of knowledge: I want you to just stand up. [man wonders if it’s him]. Yeah — you for God’s sake — And I want you to just put your hands up in the air, now just turn around, three times. (audience laughs) Now do it a little faster. See if you get ‘em dizzy enough they’ll fall out — (laughter) No, but you see there’s a supernatural realm that God wants to deliver you into and there’s a word in your mouth. There is an evangelistic anointing on you. God is going to begin to open doors to people that you wouldn’t believe He’s gonna open doors to. Money’s gonna begin to come to you supernaturally. There’s a business God is gonna deliver into your hands, I don’t know what it is, but I know there’s gonna be supply, and there’s gonna be time to do the will of God. But He said I want you to get out of where you’ve been comfortable, because it’s like you’ve been in a place of — sort of discomfort, of maybe almost misery, of feeling captured in a certain place, and in the power of the name of Jesus I just say that there is fresh oil from the throne coming on you today to break you out and to break you in to a new mindset. And to literally say it’s not about me, it’s about Him, and I can do what He said I can do. Amen?) AUDIENCE: (CLAPS) 5/7

6. BARBARA: So you see, how do I do that? You know I do that by faith. I didn’t rehearse this. I didn’t pray 97 hours and God give me all this in advance and I wrote it down. (Barbara gives a word of knowledge: There’s somebody here whose right hip has been just killing you. I want you to stand up right now. You’ve hardly been able to move, it’s your right hip, God’s gonna heal that thing right now. Start moving it, just right now, just start moving it, bend it, do whatever you couldn’t do with it, and I just speak to that hip right now in the power of the name of Jesus to release that sickness, that disease right now. Now just keep going, you just stand there, keep going, I’m gonna ignore you, but don’t sit down. How is it? It’s good already? Okay, is it fine? Do everything you can do. Just stress that thing to the limit. And it wasn’t fine when you stood up? Hallelujah! Okay.) AUDIENCE: (CLAPS) BARBARA: But see this is normal Christianity. Abnormal Christianity is to go to church every Sunday and be taught out of your tree and never do anything with it. That is not — God is trying to literally turn the United States church upside down. We are not to be holding pens, we are to be equipping centers where people should come in, we equip them, and then we send them out into the world. Listen, most of you are not called to a pulpit ministry, you’re called to literally change the market place realm. You’re to change the realm out there. We have man in our church who is the vice president of the United Way for all of southeastern Michigan. —He’s been noted by Crain’s Business Review, which is our big business paper there, they evaluate all the businesses, started as a result of the automobile industry. And he’s been recognized as one of the most up and coming young entrepreneurs in all of southeastern Michigan. What’s this guy done? He’s gone into Detroit where there was a 25% graduation rate from High School and he has literally made it his mandate, well God gave it to him, to go in and to begin to transform the schools. And so already the graduation rate is coming up. They started one school that had a 99% graduation rate. And so you see, what’s God doing? He’s using somebody to go out in the marketplace and lift up people who people say — what do they say, they say Detroiters are retarded and you all don’t want to come to Detroit because what do you hear [in] the news about Detroit. Listen to me. Detroit is filled with brilliant people, there’s just nobody with any faith. That’s the problem. But you see that God comes along and He says — (Barbara gives a word of knowledge to audience and a woman; [God] just says stand up and become who you’re able to become, become that woman of destiny that you’re capable of becoming. And it’s literally the power of God’s coming on her. Just watch her. Just look at her. Just the power of God — I didn’t push her, I just touched her forehead.) To audience: I want you to hold up your hands and say: The power and presence of God is in my hands because it’s coming from my spirit. And Jesus said “out of my belly shall flow rivers of living water.” What is that? That’s breakthrough! Because where living waters touch — (Barbara gives a word of knowledge: Yeah, you prayed for your grandchildren. You prayed until you’re blue in the face. And the Lord said: You’re gonna see a fulfillment of that which you prayed. And there’s one [grandchild] that’s particularly difficult that you’ve even wondered if your prayers are even working concerning this one and the Lord said: Don’t give up, watch and see what I’m gonna do with that one, because the enemy is opposing him — because he knows what that, I 6/7

7. believe it’s a boy, because the enemy knows the destiny on that kid. But I declare today, I command every chain and rope to be broken off that young man and I say he will fulfill his destiny and even as he’s been entrapped he shall free many others out of the freedom that he gets.) To audience: I don’t know about you but you need to just shout to God, you need to shout! AUDIENCE: (SHOUTS AND CLAPS) BARBARA: See, listen, some of you out there are just looking, you’re not shouting, and I don’t want to condemn you, but there’s power in the shout. The word says that the shout shatters the power of the enemy! If you look up the word “shout” in the Hebrew it literally shatters what’s in the second heaven that’s standing against you! Some of you need to stand up and begin to shout because it shatters what’s in the second heaven that’s standing against you!
