3. 1. Main goals of this coming registration • Entering step by step in the “eHealth world” (First communication with other HCP) • Clinical (nurse) data • Meaningful usage

The method used in defining criteria • “Working Group Criteria” defines a draft list of criteria • Final decision from the Working Group • Nurse Convention Commission on the list of criteria to be tested and the ones which will be “Auto-evaluated” + Later • Invitation to Tender for definition of documentation (e.g. test scenario) + tests • Consultation of software providers + clarification on criteria

Some remarks on list of criteria provided • There are 3 types of criteria: • P= Previous ones • N= new ones • L= Later  they will be part of the next registration • From the new ones: • 41are AE (Auto-evaluation) • 32 are C (Control) + 2 (Previous) • 29 are Later • Numbering has changed to match with physiotherapist and GP criteria

Minor changes regarding some criteria • Criteria 46: has been deleted • Criteria 47 b and d: wording has changed to avoid any misunderstanding (47b Le rapport de traitement (feedback) /Hettijdelijkverpleegkundigverslag (feedback) + 47d  Le rapport infirmier de sortie/Hetverpleegkundigeindverslag • 47b : is an addressed message to the prescriber • 47d is « a priori » a non-addressed message to other HCP (including nurses) for the continuity of care .. But could an adressed message.

8. 4. Minor changes regarding some criteria • Critère 119d: is now a Later • Criteria 151: isnow a later • Criteria 165: slightlyrephrased. • Criteria 255: deleted

9. 5. What type of registration? • As for 2010-2011 for the GP software providers, eHealth has launched an Invitation to tender to select a company who will have to provide the documentation for the testing and carry out the tests. • It will concern three HCP: GPs, Nurses & Physiotherapists • 3 phases: • Phase 1 : A detailed documentation on the interpretation of the new criteria

What type of registration? • Phase 2: • documentation defining the population to be added in the soft for the tests • documentation defining the virtual patients to be added in the soft for the tests • Documentation defining the tests files (for instance: definition of the physiotherapist prescription to be uploaded); • definition of tests scenarios • Phase 3: testing

Provisional planning • April 2013: Signature of the contract • July 2013: Documentation Phase 1 for Nurse is provided • September 2013: Documentation Phase 2 for Nurse is provided • December 2013: First Round tests • January-February 2014: Evaluation & Results provided • March-April 2014: Second Round tests (only one)

Tous les producteurs de logiciels devront fournir deux semaines avant le début de la période des tests une documentation qui illustrera l’implémentation des critères « N » qui sont « AE » par des screenshots (dans la mesure du possible) et/ou de manière descriptive permettant au testeur d’en faire une évaluation adéquate. Au cas où un ou plusieurs critères est (sont) identifié(s) comme problématique(s) (maximum 3), le testeur effectuera, sur recommandation de la plate-eHealth, des tests sur le ou les critères identifiés, et ce le même jour fixé pour l’évaluation des critères « C » sans coûts supplémentaires pour le producteur. Alle softwareproducenten moeten twee weken vóór de aanvang van de testperiode documentatie bezorgen waarin de implementatie van de "N"-criteria die "AE" zijn (in de mate van het mogelijke) aan de hand van screenshots beschreven wordt, zodat de implementatie op de juiste manier door de tester geëvalueerd kan worden. Wanneer één of meerdere criteria als problematisch worden beschouwd (maximaal drie), zal de tester op aanbeveling van het eHealth-platform testen uitvoeren op het betreffende criterium/de betreffende criteria op dezelfde dag als de dag die voorbehouden werd voor de evaluatie van de "C"-criteria en dit zonder bijkomende kosten voor de producent. 15. Au cas où, plus de 3 critères (et au maximum 6) apparaissent comme étant problématiques, la session de tests pourrait être étendue aux critères concernés. Les coûts des tests supplémentaires sera de 250€/critère en plus. La durée de la session des tests ne pourra pas dépasser 6 heures. Au cas où plus de 6 critères apparaissent comme étant problématiques, une session de tests spécifique sera organisée avant la session de tests des critères « C ». Les coûts de cette session ne peuvent dépasser 1.500€. Le testeur devra fournir une évaluation de cette séance spécifique des tests au plus tard le jour avant que les tests « C » sont prévus pour le logiciel concerné. Wanneer er meer dan drie maar minder dan zes criteria als problematisch worden beschouwd, kan de testsessie tot de betrokken criteria worden uitgebreid. De kostprijs van de bijkomende testen bedraagt 250€/criterium. De testsessie mag niet langer dan zes uur duren. Wanneer meer dan zes criteria als problematisch worden beschouwd, zal er een specifieke testsessie georganiseerd worden die zal plaatsvinden vóór de testsessie van de “C”-criteria. De kostprijs van deze sessie mag niet meer dan 1.500€ bedragen. De tester moet ten laatste een dag vóór de “C”-testen van het betrokken softwarepakket een evaluatie van deze specifieke testsessie meedelen. Formulaire d’Inscription/ Inschrijvingsformulier

16. Coûts première session: 3.000 € HTVA Décision motivée de réussite ou d’échec: la décision motivée de réussite ou d’échec aux tests sera communiquée aux candidats au plus tard 5 semaines après les tests. Échec aux tests: en cas d’échec aux tests, le candidat pourra participer à une seule séance de rattrapage. Coûts 2.500€ HTVA Kosten:, eerste sessie € 3000 excl.
