March 14-15 – 1st Round Action Items and Metrics April 30 – 2nd Round Action Items and Metrics March-May – Identify timeline and point of contacts March-Future – YPS use strategic plan as guide May-Future – All youth staff use strategic plan as guide Ongoing - development and evolution of the plan September 9-11 – YPS Staff meeting
