This study explores key factors influencing undergraduate student satisfaction at NJIT from 2011 to 2013. Using regression models, academic and cultural variables that predict overall satisfaction were analyzed, including relevance of coursework to career, quality of instruction, academic advisement, campus life, building and grounds condition, fee payment policies, and usefulness of NJIT's website.
