  1. SUTTA, THE MODERN-DAY ICE BREAKER Generally, relations between employees and managers are super formal and most awkward. Having said that, my case is totally the opposite. All thanks to the sutta breaks we have between long working hours. I remember the day when we first had sutta together and my manager was shocked to discover this side of mine. It was a Monday noon, we had a client meeting for nearly three hours and to add on, it happened during the lunchtime. Famished, when the two of us went for lunch, my manager asked me to join her for a smoke first. I was cool with it as I was craving for a sutta more than lunch. She lit her cigarette and was surprised to see me light one and said, “You don’t look like you smoke”. We both burst out laughing at that and from then on, My manager and I are colleagues cum friends who talk and share anything and everything. With each Classic Ice Burst, I got to know more and more about her, and I got to see the amazing, kick-ass girl behind the stern, punctual manager. We grew so close that despite the lockdown and the work-from-home scenario, we did not miss our sutta breaks. After meals, post client calls and sometimes between work, either of us ends up calling on Zoom just to have our sutta break. Taking a puff of our cigarettes while I whine about extra work and pressure to my manager, is relaxing. Thanks to our sutta breaks and love for Classic Ice Bursts that made my relation with my boss stronger and better.
