  4. “Gratuidad (…) en el nivel preuniversitario, prepolitécnico o su equivalente, bajo los parámetros del SNNA”. Artículo 80 . b) “Ingreso a las IES PUBLICAS regulado a través del SNNA, al que se someterán todos los y las estudiantes aspirantes. Artículo 81 LOES “Para ingresar alas IES públicas, los estudiantes deben cumplir los requisitos normados por el SNNA, (…) observará los principios de igualdad de oportunidades, mérito y capacidad”. Artículo 82 “Una de las funciones de la Secretaría Nacional de Educación Superior, Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación es: Diseñar, implementar, administrar y coordinar el SNNA”. Artículo 183

  5. Artículo 3.- “(…) La Secretaría Nacional de Educación Superior, Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación, SENESCYT, implementará el Sistema de Nivelación y Admisión para el ingreso a las instituciones de educación superior públicas. (…) Tendrá dos componentes: REGLAMENTO LOES

  10. REQUISITOS QUE DEBE PRESENTAR EL ASPIRANTE PARA RENDIR EL ENES El postulante debe presentase solo (sin familiares o amigos) para rendir el examen

  11. EJEMPLOS DE LOS ITEMS DEL ENES

  12. Capacidad de comprender y emplear correctamente: sinónimos, antónimos, analogías, refranes, etc. ENES: APTITUD VERBAL

  13. Capacidad para identificar relaciones que se expresan en números, implica la organización y resolución de problemas matemáticos con operaciones básicas: suma, resta, multiplicación y división ENES: RAZONAMIENTO NUMÉRICO

  14. ENES: RAZONAMIENTO ABSTRACTO Capacidad de procesar la información a través de herramientas del pensamiento tales como la imaginación espacial, el reconocimiento de patrones y la habilidad de razonar con símbolos o situaciones no verbales.
