State Office of Family Health • Provides LHDs with emergency checklists. • Assists Foodborne Illness Prevention Program and Acute Communicable Disease Program in outbreak interviews and surveillance. • Assists OEPH and LHDs in monitoring members of the public in their preparation and serving of preserved food.
