EPIC Care Everywhere • Go Live March 29, 10:00 AM in ED for 4 month pilot • UWHC, UWMF, GHC, St. Mary’s Hospital, Dean Clinic, Meriter Hospital • 65 patient records transferred to our Urgent Care Centers and UWHC ED, 122 patient records transferred out within 1st 30 hours • Sample impact: avoidance of repeat ultrasound and controlled substance renewal

  3. Wisconsin Donor Registry • Secure, online database • Wisconsin citizens authorize consent for organ, tissue and eye donation • Donation experts • Register at YesIWillWisconsin.com

  4. Organ & Bone Marrow Donation • UWHC and UWMF commit to paid time-off for staff who donate organs and bone marrow • 1 month for organ donation • 1 week for bone marrow donation • Policy development underway for non-represented staff • Discussion with unions for similar benefit for represented staff

  5. Match Day UW School of Medicine and Public Health • 140 graduates matched • 50 of these graduates will serve in primary care UW Hospital and Clinics Graduate Medical Education Program • All 107 positions matched • Residencies begin in June
