Knowledge Management • Inclusive concept thatrefers to all initiatives thatenable an organization to manage and enhance the flow of knowledge thatcreatesitself or acquiresfromoutside. • An organization must ensure the use and production of knowledge, interpretation, structuring, capitalization and sharing of knowledge.
Knowledge Management Knowledge management thereforerefers to: • Learning ability and innovation • The capability to exploit the individual knowledge into a mobilizableinstitutionalcompetence • The ability to developskills • The ability to capture the experiential capital of an organization to strengthen the internaldynamics and impact on itsenvironment
