EXEMPTIONS • Sheds, children’s playhouses and the like, not exceeding 6 sq.m. • Open terraces or patios not exceeding 20 sq.m. • Installation of window grilles • Replacement of deteriorated roofing sheets, tiles, gutters, etc. • Repair of any interior partition not involving addition or alteration • Repair and replacement of plumbing and electrical line and fixtures
