What We Need from Employers • Provide meaningful experience for youth • Orient youth to your workplace • Verify and sign timesheets • Report any incidents/injuries/concerns to Retention Specialists • Highlight skills for youth for inclusion in portfolio • Evaluate program • Provide recommendation to youth, if warranted
