  1. We process more than a million items of information every moment of each moment in our lives. We only consciously process 27 bits of these details plus or minus 7 each second...so we are just consciously aware of between 20 and 34 bits of those million available items of information each second. We couldn’t possibly process a million bits of information consciously each second, we leave this to your UCM. I don’t care who you are... this is guaranteed to create immediate state-changing results. The only difference between peoples results is the length of time they decide to hold their state. So Take back your power, be at cause in your daily life and enlist the help of your best ally, your unconscious mind, the place where all change occurs. To commence the mechanism of Transformation, first make the decision and have your unconscious mind to begin the process. It’s like starting your car, it’s simple isn’t it...you turn the main element in your ignition and the engine starts. So simple, yet the mechanism, the interaction of the moving parts that get the engine to get started on and propel your car forward are quite complex. It’s the same around. Most of us have an incredible system in the the proper execution of the unconscious mind that is so reliable that we can trust it to perform our autonomic nervous system alone whilst we sleep. Seriously, who beats our heart or draws air into our lungs when our conscious mind is not present? In addition, it does it when we are awake, so habit of happiness we don’t have to keep in mind to breathe or beat our heart. For such a fabulously complex mechanism finding a memory of happiness is simple and lightning fast ...but only if we use the main element which in our case is the phrase “How do you want to feel?”directed at the unconscious mind. In the car analogy failing to be happy is like sitting in our car and saying it doesn’t work...what’s missing is simply turning the main element to get the process started therefore We have to tell our unconscious mind how to proceed...using the main element “How do I want to feel?” This question is truly a demand to your unconscious mind to find evidence of your ability to be happy. Your unconscious mind doesn’t know the difference between an emotion from a memory before and an emotion that has been experienced in today's. So when it finds types of happiness or appropriate emotion from your past, your neurotransmitters create the feel-good chemical dopamine for you, believing it to be an event happening in as soon as, in the now. It'll re-create this technique over and over whenever we remember emotional events, so that chemically speaking you are in fact re-living the function. For the unconscious mind it’s as though it’s happening now. The technique takes significantly less than two minutes but don’t be fooled by it’s apparent simplicity, they have enormous power.
