Tips for Success • Get organized (planners, agendas, check lists, cell phone) • Follow a study routine • Prepare for tests over time (no cramming) • Break down projects into smaller parts • Check PowerSchools for your grades regularly • Update your ECAP frequently by logging into azcis.intocareers.org • Communicate with teachers regularly • In the event of a short term illness/absence, parents need to: • -Call in to the attendance office before noon of the following day, call • the nurse, and email teachers directly for homework. • -Please let the counselor know that homework is being collected. • -If a student is hospitalized, please have a doctor’s release before • returning to school. • Stay connected by participating in school activities • After school tutoring is offered Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in the Career Center

Graduation Requirements • 4 credits of Language Arts • 4 credits of Math • 3 credits of Lab Science • ½ credit of Health • ½ credit of PE • 1 credit of World History • 1 credit of American History • 1 credit of Government/Economics • 1 credit of Fine Art/CTE • 6 credits of electives • (College/Univ. requirement: 2 years of the same Foreign Language and one credit of Fine Art) = 22 CREDITS MINIMUM Recommended GPA for University 3.0 (2.5-2.99 considered) OR Top 25% (top 50% considered) OR SAT or ACT scores
