General • Elements Suport Group (ESG) will coordinate Logistics / Administration / Protocol / Security / Media issues. • ESG will organize Observer / Press Tour • Draft Handbook needs input from other WG. • CIQ, Clearance, Logistic arrangement are prepared in the Draft Handbook which will be distributed at the end of FPC January 2014.

ESG WG TASKS: • Organizing VVIP, VIP / Observer / Media • Organizing Opening/Closing Ceremony • Rundown of event, Security/safety, Stage, Big Screen • Support CIQ / Participants Permit Procedure • Organizing pers conference / briefing • Logistic arrangement e.g. Conference room, equipment, etc • Consumption Setting • Security Setting • Administration Arrangement, e.g: ID Card, documentation, finance, Paperwork

  6. CIQ Arrangement ( Clearance & Licencing ) • Normal Procedures, Rules and requirements (will be informed in MM DiREx Handbook). • Imigration Permit: • Be processed ASAP, • Contact embassy abroad; • Short visit 30 days 15 country (PP 43/20110 • Voa 63 country • Free Visa diplomatic 39 country • Custom Processed 30 days prior to arrival • Quarantine (Animal/K-9): 30 days prior to arrival (In and Out) • Flight Approval: 10 days prior to arrival, clearance approval for Indonesian Territory (vesset) • Medical Licencing / Credential: 45 days prior to arrival • Licenses for special Vehicles: 30days prior to arrival

COUNTRIES WHO GOT SHORT VISIT VISA-FREE FACILITY FOR 30 DAYS (PRESIDEN REGULATION NO. 43 2011) • Brunei Darussalam, Chile, Hong Kong SAR, Ecuador Macau, Malaysia, Morocco, Peru, cambodia, Singapore, Thailand, The Philippines , Vietnam, Laos, Myanmar Note: Applicable to all types of passports (diplomatic passport, official, regular) and reciprocal, except for Ecuador, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam only for ordinary passport.

Security/Safety Tasks: • Personnel: VVIP / VIP, guest, participant, Observer and supporting. • Asset : Military / civil, vehicle, Plane, Ship and other asset. • Location : Opening/Closing Location, hotel, seaport, airport, Exercise Location, maritim route. • Activities: before and during Exercise surround Padang and Mentawai Area
