  2. General phasing-related tasks • Regular information for the government (based on project phasing categories) • Modification of the Act No. CXCV. (2011) on national finances: multiannual financial commitment by government decision on projects • Modification of the 4/2011. (I. 28.) government decree: definition of phased project, grant contract • Consideration of phasing when preparing the implementation rules for 2014-2020 period • Procedures: NDA working group for 2007-2013 closure (including phasing), preparation of rules of procedure for phasing (guidance) • Inclusion of (potentially) phased major projects in the new OPs

  3. Specific phasing-related tasks Primary tasks: • MONITORING • Methodology, categorisation of projects • Public procurement issues • Discussion on projects with JASPERS and with the Commission
