  10. 2012 Annual Report ~ Service Area Review Association Development Partnered with Polytechnic Institute of New York University (NYU-Poly) for online course discounts for AITP members Entered into agreement with SANS Institute to offer discount-priced security training programs to AITP members Association Effectiveness Created Volunteer Program to encourage members to volunteer at all levels of the Association Conducted Annual Meeting of Members in October 2012 Held four Virtual Water Coolers for Association leaders Recruited Officers & Directors for 2013 Updated Policies expiring in 2012

  11. 2012 Annual Report ~ Service Area Review Membership Services Total membership declined by 6% in 2012 … Launched Membership Program with AssociaDirect to address membership marketing and retention – started with focus groups and a membership survey in Q4 Extended Unemployed Membership Discount thru 12/31/2013 Made Student Chapter Faculty Advisor incentive permanent

  12. 2012 Annual Report ~ Service Area Review Operations Held highly successful 17th NCC in San Antonio TX in March with 775 attendees – best attendance since 2006 in Dallas Published 8 issues of Information Executive with 18-26 articles each – up from 3 issues in 2011 Began development of new registration system for future NCCs Created and distributed Chapter and Region reports Prepared balanced 2013 Budget and submitted to ABoD for approval

  13. 2012 Annual Report ~ Service Area Review Chapter & Region Support Approved 31 Individual Performance Awards (IPAs) Awarded 19 COPAs and 8 ROCAs for 2011 Selected Student Chapter and Faculty Awards presented at NCC in San Antonio Renamed AOCA President’s Cup to William F. Howell Cup and presented it to 2011 AOCA winner Austin Chapter Processed Chapter incentive and Region support requests
