Background • Experience in IT (GE Information Systems (GXS), Lockheed Martin Global Telecommunications, Hewlett-Packard, TOWER Software, • HP TRIM Product Proposal Expert (over 200) • Created TOWER Software capture/proposal process (now used by HP Software IM Group for five software products) • MBA – University of Maryland

Proposal Services • Manage individual response(s) • Manage the entire response from initial review and response template development • Manage assignments to team members and all input through the response process and review all material for cohesiveness and to ensure compliance • Write cover letters and executive summaries for review, etc., and manage all the way through submittal.

  5. Proposal Services • Proposal Process Creation • Work with internal team to: • Create a well-defined proposal process to follow with internal team members • Build response templates • Build reusable response libraries for common response pieces • Create schedule/assignment documents, etc.
