Giurgiu, company which produces alcoholic beverages, expanding in time its distribution network throughout Romania. • In 2006, ICEBURG introduced on the Romanian market one of the best rated coffees in the world, CaffeVergnano (Italy), as well as the famous Café Pele (Brazil), having exclusivity for their import and distribution, in Romania. • ICEBURG strengthens its position on the market, expanding its product portfolio with other famous brands form Italy, Canada and Switzerland, for which it has exclusivity for import and distribution, as follows: • 2008 – DistilleriaBottega • Casa VinicolaCasetta • 2009 – CiocolataAmedei • Vodka Iceberg • 2010 – Vodka Xellent • Operating in a highly dynamic environment, ICEBURG has defined its organizational structure, paying a special attention to the logistic department and sales team, whose efficiency and professionalism help in achieving the development objectives of the company at national level. 4. The company policy is the development of the large HoReCa, Retail and Home distribution network both for coffee and exclusively products and for alcoholic beverages produced by Vinalcool Giurgiu. ICEBURG objective it to propose its customers the best balance between quality, services and price policy in its market segment. This balance will be the basis for a constant improvement activity, as well as for a continuous improvement in the relations with company partners and customers. In recent years, ICEBURG has encouraged and supported its employees to exercise their legal right to redirect 2% of their income tax to a non-governmental organization, thus supporting the involvement in the community’s problems and civil society’s life. The company has made recommendations and helped in sending the forms to financial administrations, without interfering in the choice for a particular social cause, the decision belonging to each employee. ICEBURG is trying to become more sustainable in our continuously changing world by implementing a long-term strategy, which could consider the impact of operations, of distribution chain and of product life cycle on the environment and society. The company management aims to minimize the negative impact which its operations, products and services have on the environment, paying a special attention to the reduction of the emission affecting the air, water and soil, to reduce the use of natural and mineral resources as well as to waste reduction and to a greater recycling. In 2009, ICEBURG DISTRIBUTION became an alcoholic beverage producer, sharing the production portfolio for “premium” and “medium-level” collections with Vinalcool S.A.

On January 7th 2013, Iceburg went into the wide world SC ICEBURG DISTRIBUTION SRLhas developed, since January 2013, an Export Department, meant to promote beyond Romania’s borders the original beverages created and produced at Vinalcool Giurgiu and to open new commercial opportunities on international markets. The establishment of the Export Department is considered an anniversary gift, an important step ahead marking a new stage in the growth of Iceburg Distribution, which celebrates 10 years of activity this summer. The Export Department operates under direct coordination of Mr. SorinMatache, CEO, Iceburg Distribution, and in the first stage, 2013/ 2014, it aims at bringing its products to the European Community countries and subsequently at expanding to other interesting markets such as Russia, China or Turkey. Of all the original products in the company portfolio, the ones promoted for export are, undoubtedly, the premium ones, which have been appreciated and requested by the external partners: Vodka Metropolis, Limoncello - La Cucina, Capri Cherry Liqueur, Capri Bitter, Capri Apricot Liqueur, Hercules Brandy. The coffee made under own brand – Cafe Noblesse (single doses) adds to these products. IceburgDistribution hopes that its first participation to “Le Salon international du vin et des spiritueux – VINEXPO”, an important international fair which will take place at Bordeaux (France), will be under good auspices. At the same time, it will sustain its approaches initiated at the beginning of 2013 by already fulfilling 10 external orders in Germany, Italy and Great Britain, as well as by the official opening of two sales offices (in Great Britain and Germany).
