  2. The Crime Victims’ Memorial Quilt Event Is not only a time to remember victims, it is a time when family and friends stand in unity with law enforcement and community leaders to rededicate themselves to Victims’ Rights in Fresno County .

  3. In Observance of National Crime Victims’ Week April 26 to May 2, 2009 The James Rowland Crime Victim Assistance Center cordially invites you to attend the unveiling of The 2009 Victims’ Memorial Quilt . 1

  4. The Victims’ Memorial Quilt was established in 1994 by the Fresno County Probation Department Crime Victim Assistance Center. This is now an annual event during National Victims’ Rights week for Fresno County. The Memorial Quilt concept has also been adopted by other counties in California. To date, 375 squares have been pieced together in a series of memorial quilts representing those victims who were lost to violent crime. .
