Session Outline • Brief background on how we currently spend our time/ prioritize activities • Opportunity to reflect on & discuss GenCap capacity-building / training priorities, activities and approaches for helping others learn • Identify topics or targets that may need more focus, or where we may want to strengthen our efforts as a group • Identify areas where we may want greater harmonization of GenCap priorities and/or methods

  6. Then Groupwork: Each group should contain a balance of new and experienced GenCaps, as well as external questioners/contributors. Each group has a topic and suggested discussion questions. Feel free to add others. We will have two discussion rounds, so you will be able to have input on two topics. Flip charts will be posted so additional comments can be added later. Outputs: Recommendations & action points for next steps to improve and/or harmonize GenCap efforts to help others learn. Questions & Discussion
