Medications: Carbamazepine 600/400 mg/day BID, Lamotrigine 50/75 mg/day BID, Conjugated estrogens 1.25 mg PO qd, thyroxine100 mcg PO qd, and sumatriptan PRN. Neurologic Examination: Normal
