  5. What is a predicate nominati A noun or pronoun that follows a linking verb and further identifies the subject.

  6. What is a subject? Tells what the sentence is about or who is performing the action

  7. What is an object of the preposition? • The noun or pronoun that end the prepositional phrase • It is received or affected by the action of the verb Now lets look back at the four sentence and determine which one is use as an object of the preposition.
