The man told authorities he carried the child with him from Guatemala so he would “not have any issues with migration for entering the U.S.A. illegally.” The teenage girl interviewed Sunday at the Immokalee home where she lives and the assault happened, She said she didn’t have the foggiest idea of how to contact the police. She doesn’t communicate in English and has just been in the U.S for a couple of months. On Thursday, Collier County Sheriff’s deputies captured Hector Gabriel-Jimenez, 23, on one charge of youngster disregard for neglecting to secure the baby after an associate purportedly assaulted her. The little youngster has been in the hospital for over a month, and her wounds are serious to the point that she will require various reconstructive medical procedures, as per the 1/2
capture report. On Oct. 10, a Collier District judge endorsed a capture warrant a suspect, which the judge later revoked dependent on data that cleared him, as indicated by reports. The 16-year-old who witnessed the result of the assault said the man in the news discharge didn’t resemble a similar man she found in the washroom with the child. Police took a month to capture the dad in the wake of scanning for a mediator and afterward discovering one in California. Pascual Lopez-Perez, 48, a man who lives in the trailer-home, said Gabriel-Jimenez is the young girl’s dad and that he didn’t live in the home yet was there to drink the prior night — with the kid — with individuals he knew from work. Lopez-Perez said Gabriel-Jimenez and the little child landed in the U.S. around eight months prior, however, he just met him three months back from working in fields in Immokalee. Gabriel-Jimenez advised representatives he carried the baby to the U.S. away from her mom and family so “he would be permitted to remain in the U.S.A. what’s more, not have any issues with migration for entering the U.S.A. illegally,” the capture report states. 2/2
