Proposed Amendments (cont.) • Amends the Joint Land Use Map from Low Density Residential (LDR) to Commercial (COM) • South of West Road, west of 429 • 18.76 acres
Proposed Amendments (cont.) • Amends the Joint Land Use Map from Low Density Residential (LDR) to Commercial (COM) • Northeast corner of Roberson Road and Tomyn Boulevard • 15.97 acres
Proposed Amendments (cont.) • Amends the western boundary of Ocoee JPA to be consistent with eastern boundary of the Winter Garden JPA • Winter Garden is in agreement with the changes to the boundary
