To be done as a team – in class Today • Team assignments and PM’s announced over the weekend! • Team name – pick one, turn in, with your names, today. • Discuss roles (due as part of reporting time on first Weekly report, 7 AM Friday morning) • Swap schedules, pick an early meeting time this week! • Contact project manager (check their Rose class schedule, have a list of times to suggest weekly meeting). Must meet by Thursday at the latest, to show them your questions for the client on Friday. • See the “HowToStartMilestone1.pptx” slides for more details to consider at your first team meeting.
