  2. ContractDetails (1) • Specific Targeted Research Projects • Started date: 1st November 2006 • Duration: 36 months • Community financial contribution: 2,344,900.00€

  3. Contract Details (2) • Reporting periods: • P1: From month 1 to month 12 • P2: From month 13 to month 24 • P3: From month 25 to the last month of the project • Reports submission: • P1 – period P1 & P3 – periods P2 + P3 • Within 45 days from the end of the reporting periods

  4. Contract Details (3) • Community financial contribution: Paid to the coordinator on behalf of the contractors – Distributed as soon as possible • Payments: • Pre-financing: 938,108.00€ - within 45 days from the entry into force of the contract • Intermediate payments: • With an audit certificate: • Payment to settle the amounts justified and accepted • Intermediate pre-financing of 80% to the subsequent period and the next 6 months • Without an audit certificate: • Intermediate pre-financing of 80% to the subsequent period and the next 6 months within 45 days from the approval by the Commission of the reports – necessarynot less than 70% of a pre-financing has been used

  5. Amendments • Necessary the identification of the nature and the details of the request • Submitted in writing only by the coordinator on behalf of the consortium • Approval or rejection between 45 days of its receipts
