Positive Qualities • A grand hub of knowledge of core subject and allied sciences. • Professionally Patient, calm and smooth at his work and towards the crew around him • Being the senior most, he is always good at managing the unit with a more eloquent way • Effective decision making skills • Incident: • Managing the entire HVET-BJB unit with his cool and calm way.

  4. Negative Qualities • Sometimes get annoyed in along short time if any work is not completed within stipulated time • Gets tensed and looses his patience in any chaos situation • Incidents: • During the time of Students Strike he gets much tensed which reflects in his action
