  2. bias Noun • a tendency to believe that some people, ideas, etc., are better than others. Sometimes this can result in treating some people unfairly. Some people feel there is a bias against women in the field of science.

  3. superintendent Ann Riebock is the superintendent of our school district; but since she is retiring, we will have a new one next year. noun • A person who is in charge of or oversees work by directing the people who work in an organization, department, district, etc.

  4. superintendent Synonyms • Supervisor, director, administrator, caretaker, chief, boss The superintendent of our apartment complex is reliable and does a great job of running the property.
