Climate - oceanic, mild and humid. Low yields, hand tending, careful selection and minimal interference in the natural ripening of the grapes . De-stalked grapes, maceration period for a few hours, pressing, alcoholic fermentation at a low temperature. Cooling of the wines to stop the fermentation and leave residual sugar. Shiny salmon-pink. Intense nose, fruit driven with red berries (redcurrant, cherry), spicy aromas, and pleasant floral hints when agitated. Fresh, crisp, well balanced with a long refreshing aftertaste. As an aperitif, with summer salads, exotic and spicy dishes. Best between 8°C and 10°C. Alc/Vol: 10,51% Acidity: 4,56 g/l Sugar: 20 g/l
