DMAC Offers: Accounts: District Administrator, Campus Administrator, District/Campus Manager, District/Campus User, Teachers Applications:(* discussion items) *State Assessment= Analysis of STAAR, EOC and TELPAS data *TEKS Score= Score and analyze local assessment data *TAG= Assessment generator, online test item bank TPRI=Early reading performance Lead4ward= data tools FormWorks= Customize and collect data online PGP= Develop and maintain four year plans for high school RtI= Create and maintain data for struggling students SIP=Customize improvement plans PDAS= PD and teacher appraisals CIA= Align and map district built curriculum SSI= Develop/ maintain accelerated instruction plans for 5th and 8th grade students who have failed reading/math state tests Class Notes= Teachers can post class activities for viewing *Student Portfolio= View comprehensive view of students assessments

  3. These options can reflect STAAR, EOC, TELPAS and TAKS. (Search option)

  4. Documents: Search a students responses to a test. Hand enter students answers.

  5. Under the Reports section, click on the filter button to narrow your selection.

  6. MA.06.01.E = Math.grade 6.test 1.English Once a test is selected the students who tool the test will appear. Select the appropriate report you would like and click view report at the bottom.

  7. Choose the FILTER icon to narrow your search by content area, course grade and SE year. Then click apply. Preview the item in its entirety by rolling over the Description. A list of items can be filtered using the row of boxes at the top.

  8. 2 Set the filter qualities then click the magnifying glass to view student data. 1

  9. Selecting the Local icon at the top will show all local assessments taken by Trinady.

  10. KEEP CALM and USE DMAC
