Corning Inc: Early-Stage Opportunity Identification Team Assignments – Team 1, Team 2 and Team 3 • Pick any one completely novel product opportunity from your workplace, or from your experience or general technology awareness • Run that idea through each step of the 7 Questions (Exhibit 5) and evaluate it (substitute your firm for Corning in each question). • If you were leading EMT, be specific about what data would be needed, resources required, staffing (both marketing and technical) required, their charge and geographical placement, and time it would take to evaluate each question • Specify the techniques and research you would use to answer each question.
