Moral of the Story • We now have a process in place to confirm the validity of results. • Run the AYP program code • Verify any changes with SAS • Check discrepancies with Excel template.
2012-2013 results • 1361 Schools • 203 missed Reading only – 14.9% • 125 missed Mathematics only – 9.2% • 538 missed both reading and math – 39.5% • 23 missed OAI (part of the 538) • 3 additional missed participation in R and M • 63.9% of schools missed AYP for something.
2012-2013 results • 347 districts (348 incl. WCLT) • 29 missed Reading only – 8.1% • 18 missed Mathematics only – 5.2% • 37 missed both reading and math – 10.7% • 0 missed OAI or participation rate • 24.2% of districts missed AYP for something.
2012-2013 SINA/DINA results • 1361 Schools • 643 SINA – 47.2% • 347 Districts • 41 DINA – 11.8%
