Issues discussed • Development of HE quality indicators • Diploma Supplement • Development of an Electronic Network of Assessors – APARNET (http://www.aparnet.org) • Updating the Handbook on Degrees, Diplomas and Certificates in the Asia Pacific.
Recommendations • Work towards getting more countries to ratify and implement the convention • Endorse the concept of Diploma Supplement • Request to hold assessment seminars • Adopt use of APARNET for exchange of information • 8th Session to be held in China in collaboration with ADCSC in 2005
