Where We in the Process • The institution submits a Compliance Certificate. • The Compliance Certificate is reviewed by an Off-Site Review Committee, which advises the On-Site Committee with its report. • The institution submits a Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) and may submit a Focused Report in answer to concerns from the Off-Site Review Committee. • The On-Site Review Committee visits the institution for 3 days in March 2011, to examine evidence and conduct interviews, then gives an oral report on the final day. • The SACS Committee on Compliance and Reports reviews the On-Site Review Committee report and the response of the institution to the findings to make a recommendation to the Executive Council of the Commission. • The Executive Council in turn recommends action to the Commission on Colleges, which makes the final decision. These decisions are announced to the College Delegate Assembly during its annual business session.
