This week we have… • Arts and Crafts: We have been busy making a Mothers Day present as well as starting our Arctic theme, drawing our faces with a lovely warm Eskimo style cotton wool hood! • Outdoor play: On Tuesday afternoon Jason came and helped the children plant trees along the lane next to the playground. We have also been practising using stilts. • Music and Movement: used our drums and other instruments to make thunder and rain noises and to sing and marsh to the Grand Old Duke of York! • Notices • All are welcome to a children’s posie making party in the new church room at At. Agatha’s on Saturday at 3pm, followed by an all age service on Sunday where the posies will be given out. • Reminders • Next week… • On Friday it’s Comic Relief day and we are holding a “Smile for Comic Relief” session 9-10am, with a Dental professional coming in to talk about teeth cleaning and with toothbrushes for the children. The session is open to all. We are asking for a small donation for this special session to raise money for Comic Relief. • You should have received a separate email in regard to our trip to Highland’s Farm next Thursday. If not, please ask at preschool. • Letter of the Week/Show and Tell • Next week the letter is ‘B,b’. • From the Committee… • Many thanks for all the wonderful donations for the preschool cake sale and for such a brilliant turn out at the Welly Walk on Saturday. Over £300 has been raised so far!!! • We will be holding a working party on Saturday April 20th late morning to early afternoon to carry out some gardening, painting and general maintenance at the preschool. If you can volunteer your time it would be very much appreciated This Week At Allsorts04/03/2013
