  3. School Habits: Partner challenge: Study the diagram and try to decide which way you think the Innovation cog would be moving. Compare answers with your partner. Discuss how you reasoned through the process. Do you think the cogs will all turn as drawn?

Process • Several faculty members visit a STEM school in Ohio and observe importance of 5 habits. • We want to create our own. • Administrative team brainstorms, analyzes and designs a first draft to present to faculty. • Faculty members repeat the process in meetings… • …and online… • …and in meetings… • We get some help.
