Year Two Next Steps for Clearing Your Credential • Make sure . . . • You’ve collected all of your evidence • Both you AND your SP have signed each completion checklist, plus inside Standard 18, if doing Option One • Contact Karla Faucett for exit interview or on btsasupport.com • Submit binder with exit interview placed in the inside cover (with USD affidavits, if applicable) • Cover needs name, personal email, and home or cell phone
Year Two Next Steps for Clearing Your Credential • Your binder will be reviewed as soon as possible (you will be contacted if there are additional requirements on your credential that need to be submitted to the BTSA Induction office). • You will receive an email from Amy or Karla that your binder is ready for pick-up.
Year Two Next Steps for Clearing Your Credential • You will receive an email notification from Karla that your application has been submitted. • You will receive an email from CTC with a confirmation # and directions on how to submit your online payment. • Once payment has been made, you’ll receive your credential within 50 days
Closing • Complete Colloquium Evaluation on Btsasupport.com • FACT documentation may be given to Support Providers, sent via email to karla-faucett@sac-city.k12.ca, faxed to 643-9478 or mailed to Box 770 • All FACT work & Hours are due by June 1st, 2011 • CSUS documents –online only, deadline is June 17, 2011 • “TURN-IN” box on the back table
