Friends of Beck Row Newsletter April 2012 • Welcome back to the Summer term, we hope everyone had a fantastic Easter break. • This term we have some exciting events planned, please keep your eye on the front gate or the Friends notice board in the office for updates. Last term we held our Easter Egg hunt and the Easter Bonnet Parade, which we are sure you will agree was wonderful. Congratulations to the winners of the Easter Bonnet competition. Over the holidays we held an Easter colouring competition, please join us for assembly at 3pm this Friday where the winners will be announced. We have some amazing entries and choosing a winner was very difficult. Breakfast Club Last term we held our first breakfast club, all of the Breakfast items were provided by the Friends and we charged £1 on the door. This we feel was a success and enjoyed by all who attended. Breakfast is such an important meal for your children and we will be doing another breakfast club this term. Future Events This term is very busy for event planning, we will be holding our Summer Fete on Saturday June 16th and our end of year BBQ on Saturday 14th July, if you would like to help in the planning of these and other events please either leave your name and contact details at the office or you can contact Friends via our facebook page at FriendsBeckRow.
