Lana’s Place Subdivision(formerly Emya’s Place) • The proposed plat meets the density requirements of the Comprehensive Plan’s Future Land Use Element designation of low density residential with a density of 3.17 dwelling units per acre. • Future Land Use: • Low Density Residential (1 to 4 dwelling units /acre ) • Zoning: • “R-1a” (Single Family Residential)
