  7. Brytan PD, Phase 1 Replat of Lots 1 -27 • Plat was previously approved by BoCC on May 24, 2005. • Purpose of the replat is to allow an additional 15 dwelling units within Phase 1, not to exceed 42 units total within lots 1-27 which includes the live/work designation.
