  3. Fungsifaktorial Fungsifaktorial yang menghitungnilaifaktorialdarisuatubilanganbulatpositif, merupakanpokokbahasan yang memudahkanpemahamanfungsirekursif.

Fungsitersebutmenunjukkanbahwanilaifaktorialdihitungmeng­gunakan looping sehinggamelakukanprosessebagaiberikut: Hasil= 1; Hasil= hasil * n; artinya hash = n Hasilhasil 8 (n - 1);artinyahasil = n x (n - 1); Demikianseterusnyasampai b bernilai 1, ataujikadituliskasekaligusmenjadi: Faktorial= n! = n x (n - 1) x (n - 2) ....x 1 Fungsiinidapatdituliskandalambentuk: Faktorial (n) = n! = n x (n -1) !
