In the program the following are determined • The methodology of calculating air/escape and discharges based on the technology and the capacities of operation • The kinds and the amounts of expected discharges • The facilities, the processes and the impiants installations that discharge in air, in water and in the earth. • The posts where the measurements will be done for every discharge • The density and the kind of measurements for each post of discharge • The methodology of each measurement • The measures to be taken to bring the discharges to the permitted norms and the due time for their implementation • The installations, the apparatus, the implants where the industrial accident might happen and the supplemented and added measures to prevent this Shpresa BANJA.
